Mining Training for Aboriginal Jobseekers in South Australia

The Connecting Aboriginal People to Mining program aims to train Aboriginal jobseekers in South Australia for jobs in the mining industry. More than $700,000 is available from a joint state and federal government program with applications now open. Tom Kenyon, Employment, Higher Education and Skills Minister is looking for mining companies and RTOs (registered training organisations) to participate in the Connecting Aboriginal People to Mining program.
